Pros

I worked a remote single-man territory. I was my own boss, getting to set my own schedule (for the most part). I was an hourly employee, and had some OT. Good benefits. Mileage reimbursement was decent... in the range of .29 to .33 per mile, depending on how much you drove that month.

Cons

Company watches it's $$ very closely. No raises in many years.

Pros

The online university have many good courses for updating and learning within IT, software and ITIL`s. Low impact accounts makes it easy to give time to learn from the online University, if approved from management.

Cons

The lack of professional management training for management staff. To little to learn from close team leaders without training in personal employee managing, benefits are given to wrong employees as they only give pros for the " easy to control " staff. Employees are not seen of what they are worth. Monitoring by other language sets then your own, gives bad feedback due to lack of translation. ( Ex. Nordic languages being translated by non-Nordics, leaving basic score to bad as to not knowing the language. ) Hire whomever without skillsets for the job. Lack of agent training, no one to ask, set to do work far above your salary indication leaving 1st lvl to do process roll outs Very bad salary, to much expectation to exceed for free for benefit of the company No valueset of the employees, as to email about the company only ask you to do better, not what the company can DO to make YOU better.
