Pros

Good Hours and Pay. You work for yourself as basically an indepentant contractor. Your pay is based on commision only.

Cons

Poor Management. Sit behind desks and look at dirty pictures all day. No support unless a review or upper management comes into town. Management does get out if they have a bonus on some items that are not being pushed by the sales representatives because it may be an item that will flop. Example some liquor called Shark Bite that was blue and tasted like Aqua Velva. Total garbage that would not sell, but management tried to push it in because they don't see the accounts except when they need something.
