Very professional organization. Plenty of support. Plenty of opportunity for advancement. The on-premise managers want all their people to make a ton of money.

Cons

Crazy hours. The head of on-premise has his "favorites", and he's not afraid to let everyone know who they are.

The alcohol industry is a fast paced, ever evolving industry. Everyday is different and there are always fun and exciting events to attend.

Cons

Traveling can be tedious. Each customer has different personalities and some can be VERY demanding. Unless you are able to move up quickly and change territories, the everyday responsibilities may became a little redundant
