      Pros

      Was treated more like family then employees. Was nothing for upper management out of the blue to give bonuses for hard work. Felt very appreciated, and was a joy to come into work everyday.

      Cons

      Actually during transition we worked out of two buildings that at some times could be hectic. Really don't have anything negative to say about United. I wish I could move back to Savannah and work there again.

      Pros

      Some great co-workers, freedom to work alone 90% of the time, some of the events you get to attend can be a perk

      Cons

      Mid level management is terrible. They just happened to be around long enough to get the position, with absolutely no actual management training. Plenty of verbal harassment and threats. The level of work is ever increasing, but there is little done to increase the technology to mitigate the work load.
