      Pros

      Great benefits health wise but there are no incentives for employees.

      Cons

      The CEO recieved a 93 million dollar bonus while all staff recieved .25-.89cents

      Pros

      Many really smart, friendly and hard working people are working there.

      Cons

      Most employees do not use medical and dental benefits since they are very expensive, have very high deductibles, and most Rx costs are 5 or more times what you'd pay at discount stores for the same generic Rx. A quarter of managers and directors don't communicate well & are back stabbers. 2017 bonuses did not happen and have already been ruled out in March for 2018 due to top management setting unrealistic earnings expectations!

      Pros

      Large company with many positions to move and grow. Corporate culture that is innovative, and seems to value praising each other.

      Cons

      When hired, recruiter says my position qualified for a bonus of up to 23% . Well, I'm not so naive to believe that meant people at my level, but no bonus at all!? This is a Fortune 6 company, who just got a huge tax cut, whose stock is soaring, and a 1% raise is ok? Thank goodness I am invested in the 401k, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
