Pros
Flexible, they are big on work at home. Decent pay. Stable if you do your job and do not play around.
Cons
No unity, the staff will try to bring you down if you let them. Every man is on their own. Do not get too relaxed with staff members. If your new my advice would to be as low key as possible, do not be too nice. Be respectful but not overly friendly because that can backlash on you. Been with the company for a while and seen a lot of people come and go, best advice lay low and be strong and you'll survive. The key to getting ahead in this company is nepotism. About 95% of the individuals that ahead that way internally. Without nepotism the likelihood of getting ahead is very slim even if you have the educational background and experience.
