Be cautious of this company

Pros

Breakfast on Fridays which saves couple of bucks per week.

Cons

I would be cautious to choose to work for this company in the states. You will be compared with people offshore (Salary etc) plus dealing with people offshore or people brought onshore (who can be aggressive and difficult to work with). I was asked to work many hours of overtime without any appreciation or recognition. I wish I knew of these "company dynamics" before I took the job.

Pros

The company offers great learning and growth opportunities. Though out of its startup phase a couple of years ago, it provides a platform to build new business solutions and take them to market quickly.

Cons

Not the best paymasters and the company can further improve it's image on the employee friendliness parameter.

- Large discrepancies in salary bands and compensation brackets. - Lack of transparency in certain decision making steps and company policies.
