• Not really acknowledged/respected as a person who factors into the patient's care • Often interrupted w/o apology or acknowledgement of fellow staff • Can be stressful if working alone, especially if many patients are admitted at one time • No clear training process, you learn as you go (if you are not technology-minded/computer literate, or open to being taught something new this is not for you)
