It’s a paycheck and some of the co workers were ok, actual work not that bad. Descent pay for some.

Cons

Poor management overall! The Managers and directors need management, this is the problem. They pick favorites. Have 4 different time clocks with 4 different times and will tell u your late because u clocked into the wrong clock. They are a joke!

Pros

Great training. Will take you, even if you have no health care experience and are willing to learn. Gets your foot in the door in the medical field. Hire within the company before outside positions. Management will work with you.

Cons

Too much work and stress for too little money. A lot of people gossip, but if you ignore it, you should be okay. Not a lot of good communication. Depending on who you have training you, they will put more effort into getting their work done instead of training you. They're cheap with everything they give you.
