Good people in the company that are fun to work with

I am primarily putting in this review because the company is so bad that they spread their job postings over 3 different account names, their corporate name (posted here), or just "UHS", or whatever their local business is called (in my case BCH Fairfax Behavioral Hospital in Kirkland, WA). They do this because the local ones generally have low reviews of the company while the corporate one does not (They do not put the UHS name in any of their facilities trying to keep the connection covert. If you would like to see why this company is terrible please look up BCH Fairfax Behavioral Hospital in Kirkland, WA for my review there

Consistent, high work flow, co workers are helpful and friendly for the most part, food on site, vacation start at 12 days per year

Cons

strict work life balance, aka NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. If you want to work from home for inclement weather you have to take a half a vacation day, very conservative, tie and shirt for all employees, strict promotions, if you get promoted from within they will not pay as high as if you were an external candidate
