Pros

If you like working with kids then this is the job for you. It is mentally and physically exhausting but truly a great experience to make a difference in these kids lives. Plus, my co-workers are a second family.

Cons

The management is horrible. There is a new Chief Nursing Officer that does nothing but delegate to everyone else and micromanage. This certainly is not the Willow Way or way to get the respect of your employees. Severely short staffed, nurses are over worked.

Pros

Rewarding work, ability to help people every day in some way, great coworkers. Incentive pay if you pick up shifts.

Cons

The facility is not up to standards. The facility is dirty and understaffed, needs to be completely remodeled and revamped. Programming needs to be consistent and needs to be followed, need more activities and recreation for therapeutic purpose. Also needs some one on one therapy with patients as there is pretty much only group therapy.
