      Pros

      There is always advancement opportunities for those who have a good work ethic, a quick learner, being able to multi-task and always being a hands on person. Average pay but a good overall compensation plan after considering all the elements.

      Cons

      There is always an expectation for your hospital to have a certain % of growth each year no matter what. There will be a time where a cap will be reached because of a number of different reasons but it is understandable for a for-profit company.

      Pros

      It was a pleasure getting venders and their clients equipment needed to get patients on the road to recovery. It was a great feeling to see the patients and their families smile after you have brought them the latest technology for improvement.

      Cons

      Long hours at times while on call and long mileage trips in all kinds of weather, but that's the price to pay when in the life saving business.
