      Pros

      When the staffing in stable teams develop and each member is considered valuable. When the management is out of the way work get done in a timely manner. The company often hire very good front line staff that make a difference in the lives of the patients. Meetings are streamlined and training is streamlined.

      Cons

      Patient to staff ratios can be over whelming. Frequent days off if the censes are low but no compensation when censes are high and work demand extra hours.
