      Pros

      On one hand h.r. worked with you if time off. Good company can advance if you run in right circles.

      Cons

      Some mgrs. and supervisors should not have been in their position couldn't answer questions always had to get back to you. Also gave out work they didn't even know how how to do or never worked. Not so forgiving on having to be out of office as h.r. Favoritism shown in the office. Attitude when trying to get assistance with accounts from supv. and mgrs . Too much to put down.
