Pros

Your paycheck is the only pro. Not because the pay rate is high, but if you just need a check that's all you can expect to get out of the job.

Cons

Pre-services is the worst department you could work in, the turnover rate is very high. The management and leads are the worst, they lack respect and professionalism and the skills needed to do their own jobs.

Great overtime! Was always given the opportunity to work more ours. Was giving the opportunity to work with amazing kids and impact their lives. I liked that every day was unpredictable one day it's calm and the kids with color and watch movies all day. They never say you're cooking code green and breaking up fights every 30 sec

Cons

The job is physically demanding you have to place patients in physical holds and sometimes the kids are stronger thank they look and if a kid escapes you have to chase them. Also management didn't show appreciation that often
