      Pros

      You might be allowed to have a moment or two where a child and their family receives help they need.

      Cons

      Mngrs and supervisors lie and trash talk to HR and coworkers about employees they don't care for. Workplace culture is dog-eat-dog because of the severe criticism and unpredictable disciplinary actions and lack of support or transparency from mngmt. It's always the bottom line$$ driving decisions and motives, at the cost of workers..but more dangerously the cost of patients' well-being.

      Pros

      You really felt like what you were doing made a difference in the patients' lives. Very meaningful work.

      Cons

      The pay was low, especially for the amount of work expected from employees. Management was more concerned with the bottom line rather than what the employees were actually dealing with on the floor. Unflexible schedule and hard to get time off. Overall, way more cons than pros.

      To expensive !! It's so sad. I sign up for health coverage so I can start my regular checkups without having to pay out of pocket like crazy. Then all of a sudden, a month later our CEO tells us our facility is closing in 2 months. YAY!!!! So not only did I just lose a $100 out of my next check; but I also lost a whole day's pay due to full time hours being reduced back to 32. This year has started off as the worst all because of UHS. 4yrs of my life that I will never get back. *WARNING* Do Not Apply for any job at UHS Facilities!!!!
