The human resource dept is the worst, new staff constantly the present staff are absolutely a nightmare they where suppose to pay me a bonus they called recognition bonus but truly it was because I took on duties out of my scope to help while they found a manager for the office and they kept messing up the pay nit adding to my check and I got finally fed up put my 2 weeks in and they told me the declined the bonus cause I put in my 2 weeks, I told them if I did not get paid for the additional work I was doing out of my scope I was not qualified to do, I would take legal measures as I had all the emails and letter of confirmation to get the extra pay. Management never works well or works out, a lot of gossip and drama seems to be what the philosophy of the company is, quite disappointing. I can go on.

Some awful coworkers who abuse patients that the facility refuses to get rid of because they can’t find anyone else and have been there forever. Refusal to switch to EMR from paper charting. Overload of admissions. A lot of bs. 12-24:1 patient ratios for nurses and refusal to properly staff. Low pay for staff nurses. No one seems to know what they’re doing, even people who have been there for years and are supervisors. One supervisor will tell you to do this and the other will say that is wrong.
