Corporate adds a lot to already full plates with little regard for the daily workload Corporate not an easy resource and rarely (if at all) have regional support at the facility High Turnover High turnover especially at the executive level cause inconsistency and turmoil at facilities

Patients and coworkers are great.

Cons

Next to no training- was here for 4.5 months before I was trained. Be ready to be a self starter because you get no direction, only discipline. UHS will tell you you have done something wrong time and again but never tell you how to do it right.
