Working with patients directly. Had possibilities to run groups with them but most of the time was so short staffed that your time is spent breaking up whatever fights or drama is going on rather than actually doing any sort of group therapy sessions with patients.

Cons

Not enough pay for the stuff being dealt with at facility. The place plays favorites and I heard stories of others being at this same place for years and only making $12/hr. That’s when I knew I had no where to grow there while other facilities nearby pay way more than that.
