You know what you are going to get.

Cons

No room for growth. Dated technology processes and procedures. Dated view on paid family leave. They only provide the minimum and have no interest in providing anything that is progressive and beneficial to working fathers and mothers.

The clinical team does care about the patients and does their best to help them.

Cons

Constantly increasing job expectations, no support for work life balance, cold and unfriendly executives, if you aren’t C-Suite level they won’t look at or speak to you. You could work 50 + hours per week and they will complain you aren’t doing enough. CEO treats employees with disdain. Management operates from a place of fear and if you ask for anything they will make sure you regret it.
