      Great Company Depending Which Department You're in

      Pros

      Fantastic Company wide benefits including health insurance and providing amazing wellness programs for their employees including massages and a year subscription to Calm. Fancy offices. Great at communicating company wide policy changes during pandemic.

      Cons

      The entire company structure feels incredibly corporate and unwelcoming on a micro level. A lot of the managers have been in their roles for years so they are very rigid when it comes to changes or identifying problems with the way things are structured in a department. Poor IT - had constant problems with my computer and when the Covid pandemic started, we never received any laptops or anything that could make our work from home experience better.

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits, good coworkers.

      Cons

      Some management can feel like they are above having to explain things and have little patience or tolerance for their subordinates. The company is so large that communication on some key upgrades in policy or day to day changes in structure are communicated only via email and it can be hard to contact the key management regarding these changes individually.
