      Feel valued and enjoy work. Most residents collaborate well, attendings not as much. Patients usually happy with care.

      Pros

      Working as a Transfer Specialist was a very rewarding experience. Where I learned about the process that a patient goes thru; since birth, all procedures thru life, admissions, rehab till death. Worked together with Social Worker and Case Management to supplied with all the patient need. Also translating from English to Spanish where requested.

      Cons

      I planned to retired from University Hospital. Unfortunately My Dad got sick and I took a leave of absence and later an early retirement. I tried to apply again and has been very difficult. My record was and a very good standing.
