Pros

I have been working for uppercrust food service for about 14 years. I like the creative freedom we are allotted to pretty much run our own personal businesses in different kitchens. Benefits have continually grown as well as opportunities to grow in the company over the years. I enjoy making new fresh meals for the students and am always learning and teaching new techniques and ways to prepare delicious food.

Cons

There is some tech and software i dont have access to that could make my job easier and more transparent. In my experience we are kinda thrown in the deep end and its a sink or swim kind of training.
