      Pros

      smart and nice people good benefits HR and upper management people are trying hard to address some of the issues

      Cons

      below market compensation (but they have been working on it.) they have been making so many IT policies that don't make sense.

      A once great company, ruined by poor leadership, poor work life balance, and below market compensation

      Pros

      Nice facilities, company invests in technology, some great co-workers. Reasonable benefits, although increasingly hard to take time off.

      Cons

      Very poor work life balance - long hours with little to no recognition. This company runs *very lean*, to the point of it being detrimental to employee health. Compensation is below market, especially considering the level of stress. Office politics are extremely unpleasant and vicious. There is open disdain for teams/departments and various individuals, justified or not. Backstabbing is common practice. Company is on a path to failure with decreased profitability. Incredibly low employee morale compounds the troubles.

      More cons than pros at the moment, but there are signs of change

      Pros

      Amazing travel opportunities, good opportunities to grow and develop with the company.

      Cons

      Lacking in competitive compensation. Company striving for huge growth in the coming years, but behind the best when it comes to company culture. Somewhat lacking in solid people management, and a feeling of disconnect between Senior Management and their employees. Again, it seems they are looking to address these.
