Pros

Work with a team of intelligent and driven people Be a part of a rapidly growing company with opportunities for upward mobility Above average pay for entry level positions Competitive Benefits Package

Cons

Because a lot of employees have a technical background, they are introverts by nature, so you have to have strong communication skills to gather all the information you need.

Pros

- Most of the employees are great ppl to work with. - The Benefits are pretty good

Cons

- Urban Science started as a consulting company that develops software products to aide with the consulting aspect, but now the executives has switched course and believe the company is a software company albiet with outdated processes. - A few of their software products are horrible but upper management believes everything is dandy. - Pay is below market standards and the annual merit increases are pathetic. -There isnt much room for growth after employees reach a certain position. A lot of favortism goes on in this office. The phrase 'Who you know and not what you know' really applies. Some positions get filled with an formal internal interview process, while others get filled without one. - The company would rather sacrifice employee satisfaction than record yearly revenue growth. - Company rewards great work by giving the employee the worthless 'challenge coin', which can be bought on ebay.

Pros

Lots of good people still working there Lots of interesting things to work on, plenty of room for advancement and different career pathways Making some progress in improving things

Cons

Operates at staffing levels far below what they should be. Seeking extra profit margin and record growth still seem to be more important than keeping valuable people responsible for the profit and growth.
