      Pros

      If you are an empathetic person, you may have had a hard time finding employers who recognized that or even cared about it. It's very different here at UT. Since we are a consumer feedback engagement tool, empathy is embedded to the core. Very great team to be a part of. Plus the benefits aren't half bad

      Cons

      Of course, compensation could be higher but that's everywhere.

      Managements don't really know what they are doing sometimes. Some of them are not qualified for the job.
