Pros

Positive work culture, people first, you get to work remotely. Work culture is based European, so you're not tied up, unlike Corporate America where you are walking on eggshells, no micromanaging, just adults are given the trust to do the job and be responsible to get it done. There is room to grow and take your career to another level.

Cons

It can be chaotic with a lot of moving information and the platform is huge and will take a year for someone to become an expert on it. Salary is average, there are more competitive options with the same responsibility.

Pros

If you are an empathetic person, you may have had a hard time finding employers who recognized that or even cared about it. It's very different here at UT. Since we are a consumer feedback engagement tool, empathy is embedded to the core. Very great team to be a part of. Plus the benefits aren't half bad

Cons

Of course, compensation could be higher but that's everywhere.
