Pros

Brilliant culture fast paced product and team

Cons

Things change fast and it can sometimes be demoralising to change pace and plans at the drop of a hat and no warning

I used to love it, pre-merger.

Pros

I love my direct colleagues and peers, they are smart and caring.

Cons

Post acquisition and merger I feel like I got a job at UserZoom I didn't want and the UserTesting culture is dead and only a namesake. There is very much a "nickel and dime" the customer culture infiltrating the orgs. As part of the reorg they reduced customer facing team members and then doubled the workload with poor infrastructure and direction.
