Training is Excellent for Bus Drivers. Right from the start they make you feel welcome. Great atmosphere to work in. Exceptional retirement for working 5+ years.

Cons

Pay a little less hourly than other companies.

Fantastic place to work as a police officer

Pros

Very positive and professional working environment. Fair pay and benefits. One of the only police officer jobs that is outside of the Utah Retirement System, so it’s great for retired officers looking to continue their career.

Cons

Implementation of benefits may be almost two months out depending on when you start. Vehicles are older but well maintained. Few prospects for a weekends off schedule but the schedule is quite fair to newer officers.

Cons

They overwork you when you’re on the extra board. You don’t have shifts you have shift windows. Mine is 5-7 pm and they can work me anywhere before or after or during that window. Have to work an average of 2-5 years to be off extra board but even after that you’ll still be working weekends and have split days off. It’s not worth it. Basically if you work here you can kiss your social life and family time goodbye
