Pros

Steady work and paychecks on time... That is about all I can say that is good because the company is going down hill in a nut bag.

Cons

Triple and sometimes even 4 split shifts in a single day. Upper management might all have Masters Degrees but honestly, they have no clue in this world about a bus or how the system really works. Management could care less about it's employee's, they only care about the NUMBERS, That's it!!! Moral between the drivers is so low, and so competitive that one driver will cut another driver's throat for a little brownie point...Like that is ever going to do them any good anyway. Management knows nothing about leadership... but they certainly know how to make your life miserable and unappreciated.
