Pros

Great co-workers, kind people and busy atmosphere. Great holidays and the benefits were pretty good, I genuinely enjoyed the job, but I wasn't allowed to investigate ways to progress and streamline everyday tasks.

Cons

Junior Management was horrid. They have no idea what they are doing, and don't know how to be mangers, they micromanage EVERYTHING and EVERYONE and the turnover is unbelievable and concerning. There's a reason no one wants to stay, and it continues to be one and the same- the management. Talented people deserve to be appreciated, and that is not happening.

Pros

The coworkers have consistently been supportive and positive. They create a great environment to have both the autonomy needed for creativity and a baseline of what needs to be taught. I have not seen much politics but rather a focus on why we are there and doing a good job at it. The people really make it a wonderful place to work!

Cons

None that I saw. Very professional and focused on the work at hand.

Pros

A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere at workplace. Tuition benefits, good health/dental insurance and 401K if you work full-time. The best part is that there is a feeling of being part of a community, something bigger than your current team. Constant updates on what is happening in the university, interesting lectures, sports events, and staff get-togethers foster more of a community spirit and camaraderie.

Cons

Parking lot is often full, sea of students in the hallways, the salary is probably on the lower side.
