      Extremely unprofessional organization. No room to grow.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great, we all suffer together.

      Cons

      Work loads are completely unequal. Management make unrealistic goals based on the number of people in the department. There is zero recognition for a job well done. There are approximately 6 systems that do not interact with each other. At least 4 employees in my department were promised promotions and did not get them.

      Not currently replacing employees that leave. Heavy work load and high service standards.
