I'd truly appreciate any additional feedback you could provide. Would you mind reaching out to me directly at MDickersonCNO@virginiahospitalcenter.com? In either case, best of luck to you in your nursing career. -- Melody Dickerson, Senior Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer.

Cons

Management and Upper Management do not care how short staffed their departments get, they offer no help, no solution, no thank yous for hurting ourselves while continue to work in unsafe work environments. When you ask for help you are ignored and pushed around and bullied. Pepole continue to quit because of frustration and bring bullied that is being ignored
