      Pros

      Moderately good benefits. Great location

      Cons

      Brutal environment. Bullying is promoted. The upper management is very dictatorial and employees are not viewed as a value or resource.

      Definitely one of the best hospitals in the area if you're a patient.

      Pros

      Willing to hire new grads. Good benefits. Can typically choose your own schedule. A heavy emphasis is placed on education and staying up to date.

      Cons

      Staffing shortage. Too much emphasis being placed on being the best hospital. They should make equal attempts to be one of the best employers. Stress levels are high and no one seems to care about the employees.

      Reputation of hospital, health insurance, location, private rooms for patients, ease of communication with physicians, communication with immediate supervisor, Cyracom translation telephones

      Cons

      Nursing is dangerously understaffed, management does nothing despite complaint of staff and is insulting, quality and selection of food. Unhealthy food choices.
