Thank you for sharing this. I'm happy to hear that you loved our team and felt that VHC was a great place to work! I have shared your feedback on our management with the executive team. Inclement weather days are certainly tough days for us. While it can be difficult to get to the hospital, our patients are still here. It creates quite a dilemma for us in managing both the employee and patient experience, as you can probably imagine. We have a great group of team members (with large trucks!) who help get critical employees here in those difficult weather situations - but yes, those are always difficult days for us.
