Excellent, hard working staff at all levels. Provides top notch patient care. Providers coordinate and collaborate well together. Pleasant and collegial environment.

Cons

Does not seem to be much room for upward mobility, salary increases, and opportunities for continued development/education

Pros

I started during the peak of the pandemic it was a stressful but everyone helped each other out. Nice people and hardworking. Good place to start RN career. Many resources to help you succeed.

Cons

They need to increase the pay for PCT. it gets super stressful. Sometimes nurses are so busy that they can’t help. I wish we were not short staffed majority of the time.
