few main concerns I had with during my tenure 1. women outnumbered and inappropriate jokes at work places to make women feel uncomfortable. HR advises you to approach the person and tell them to not make inappropriate comments instead of doing something themselves 2. managers and co-workers are hard on young parents. meetings start 6:30-7 am in the morning, then you need to be at work during the day and join meetings again at night till 9:30-10pm. managers give you a hard time if you leave at 5 and tell them you need to pick the kids 3. company talks a lot about ethics and honesty but HR does nothing to implement it. It's all lip service 4. IT org is highly political with very little meritocracy. If you do well in a toady environment, this is the right place for you.
