In satellite offices, it is hard to get promoted because there are less opportunities.

Benefits, People, cake day, overall friendly atmosphere. Everyone works hard to be the best they can be at providing the highest quality service.

Cons

Like any job. You wish you were paid more. Request for time off are not easy when working in Call Center. But honestly no "cons" to the job.

Overall, individual contributors are good people.

Cons

Poor in diversity. Senior management is 95% white and the company discriminates for the management positions by making sure they hire only whites for management positions.
