It use to be a fun place for CSR's

Cons

They have no sense of what it is to have a family and other's at home to take care of . As far as they see it you work for them 24/7 and anything else that happens in your personal life doesn't matter to them. Nor should it matter to you.

Nice folks. decent EA, somewhat forward thinking, good collaboration, good educational reimbursement, ok but shrinking benefits, decent tools, accommodating schedule, mostly competent people.

Cons

Maybe they they buy before they build too often, lateral moves difficult to achieve, teams are often too siloed.
