Thank you for your feedback. Please do provide feedback, especially constructive, so we can continue to improve. Unfortunately, I quite did not get the point about "optional" :-)

Pros

The workers, non-management, are good people.

Cons

Management has little or no software development experience prior to Vsolvit. Leadership is abusive. HR does not properly handle confidential issues. Upper management is totally out of touch, nor do they value, the individuals that make them successful. Most of the staff that can get out leave.

Dear Former PM (R.S), sorry you are still hurt. As discussed, you oversold and under-performed. You were distracted on your phone during customer meeting, and could not capture notes effectively despite claiming "strong functional knowledge". Your employment decision was one of the easier ones to make, and we hoped that by parting ways both of us could move on to better professional situations. #1 role of a Project Manager is communication, and your poor grammar on this post only highlights your capabilities. I 100% agree - integrity is important. Hope all potential interviewers note that it is in their interest to be truthful about capabilities and experience .
