      Sorry that you feel there is less PTO. VSolvit tries to be in line with the industry standards and be cost effective since there is a tremendous pricing pressure in the federal government service sector. Our benefits are standard across the different positions, and I recognize that some senior technical staff members may want more PTO. At least I am glad you find benefits and medical insurance to be good. We try hard to give best to our employees.

We move fast, and at times, this causes less optimal organization and lack of clarity. No excuse. This needs to be improved. We welcome your recommendations and suggestions.
