The company really cares about it's employees and is by far the best company I have worked for with the best management I've ever experienced.

Cons

The vacation/sick leave benefits aren't the best.

Pros

People are great, everyone lends a helping hand, and it's not just about your own agenda - your team and your company matter. Rapidly growing company, innovation is everwhere, management acknowledges those that are committed to the organization's future

Cons

This isn't a place that offers unlimited company perks and lets you coast. Sometimes, because the company is expanding, times can be stressful. Also, typical office politics.
