work from home. being a family first company i never felt like calling out sick or requesting time off was going to end my career. in fact they always push using your PTO.

Cons

little interaction with others in the company. need more connection events and planed meetups.

Stay away from VSolvit! Employees are being forced to work long hours and meet outrageous demands while getting paid a terrible salary. Meanwhile, managers are getting paid a lot more while basically doing nothing!

They allowed you to take a few sick leaves if you were really unwell. Other than that, there were no pros.

Cons

It was the worst workplace in terms of career and pay growth. My career didn't grow despite spending many stress-filled and exhausting months due to the heavy workloads. The pay was a joke as it was ridiculously low for the amount of work I handled.
