Pros

It really is about working as a team to solve queries and the people I get to work with.

Advancement is the biggest challenge.

Pros

This is a great part time job. I work remotely from home and between my other job and being a full time student, VSolvit has been flexible and helped me get experience. Management and other employees are very helpful and approachable. You can get experience in your field and still be a student or working another job.

Cons

Working from home can be annoying at times. The remote positions also work on holidays. Sometimes I feel the weekly meetings are pointless. Minimum wage.

Thank you for your feedback. Please email the COO / management regarding your suggestions on making the weekly meetings more productive. Regarding the wages, note that this internship program is geared to help you get experience and showcase your skills. It is unlikely that we will increase the wages significantly, but it is very likely that if you perform well, and are interested in a full time role, you will be financially better off. Lower wages allow us to give more opportunities to a broader set of folks.

Pros

Great way to learn entry level marketing, very great part time work for a college student. You can work from your laptop at home from any college campus in the U.S. I plan on spending next fall in Spain and will continue to have a supplementary income while overseas. Work is not very difficult, very fun if you enjoy marketing.

Cons

Minimum wage pay, some team members are no shows. The interview is easy but unfortunately does not wean out the slaps.
