This place looked fine at first, but it didn't take long to see how broken it really was. The tone is straight up abusive when things go wrong, and HR cannot be trusted with anything sensitive. Upper management feels completely detached and only shows up to tighten control instead of helping people grow. Pay starts low, micromanagement is constant, and friendliness often feels fake and self-serving.
