5yListen - totally understand why you feel, how you feel. I can understand sometimes it may be advantageous to collect the higher than typical unemployment due to COVID premium. However, suggesting that there are limited opportunities in the company, or that it is "stale" seems misleading.
To candidates who are reviewing the glassdoor for company culture - please let it be known - that you will NOT be handed opportunities for growth for being passive, and deprioritizing work. Working for the DoD is a privilege. A form of service to our warfighter. Please do not join if you are not passionate about this work.

7ySorry that you feel there is less PTO. VSolvit tries to be in line with the industry standards and be cost effective since there is a tremendous pricing pressure in the federal government service sector. Our benefits are standard across the different positions, and I recognize that some senior technical staff members may want more PTO. At least I am glad you find benefits and medical insurance to be good. We try hard to give best to our employees.
