Pros

Nothing really unless you are the type that is so willing to smell what they had for dinner last night.

Cons

Constant furloughs around the holidays. Insurance benefits that are costly and the co-payments are more than if you had no insurance. Constant lack of work. Higher ups who never had worked in the field dictating how to do what they have never personally done. No incentives. Work harder with open opportunities that very rarely happen.

Pros

Lots of hard working people stretched very thin.

Cons

Company overall seemed to be in flux, with no clear vision or direction. The company has many locations and they never seemed in-sync.
