Pros

The amount of patience that upper management has to train you is admirable and they will take the time to make sure that you have all the tools you need to be successful. The hours are very flexible and you will have work/life balance.

Cons

The opportunities for growth are not only miniscule but, obsolete . In addition, if you are not favored by upper management, you will not be even given the chance to show your talent. If you value your time, do not waste time trying to climb a latter that leads to a cemented ceiling. I wouldn't recommend if you want to excel in you career financially or academically.

Pros

The job itself is easy if you are even mildly physically sound. Your experience will depend greatly on the service client, the property, and your supervisor.

Cons

Service employees are required to install in my own opinion an overstepping phone tracking and controlling application, InTune by Microsoft. This application crashes and cause other issues with normal operations of my phone. It tracks and applies restrictions to the usage of my device and constantly logs the locations of my phone. If it's is deemed necessary my phone will be remotely factory reset. I understand that this is a way of covering themselves but the way its implemented is extreme and concerning. My privacy red flag is fling high. Once you factor in your overhead (phone, fule, maintenance, and mileage) you are making about 15-25% less than your gross salary.

Thank you for taking the time to share a review. In response to your concerns related to InTune, your statement is not correct. We utilize Microsoft Intune, one of the most used and respected mobile application security tools in the world, to deploy our private iValet mobile application that all our associates use to perform their jobs. Intune is configured to only deploy our application in a secure way and in agreement with our privacy policies. The only restriction Intune imposes is to verify that the phone is not compromised, which is a responsibility we have to protect the security of all our associate and client information. We cannot continuously track location using Intune. Our iValet application does utilize phone location service to automatically record service progress the same way as Uber would. iValet only utilizes your location service while you are actively working (clocked in) and cannot track your location when you are not working even if the application is left logged in and active. All our technology goes through rigorous testing and 3rd party verification before being deployed to our associates. Please email me directly at antonio.fiorentino@valetliving.com if you would like to discuss your situation further.
