Pros

nothing good to say about the company so I won't say anything at all

Cons

dumb management that is more focused on pretending to care but is really focused on taking care of themselves

Pros

Nice campus in Malvern, nice cafeterias, good benefits, bonus

Cons

“Cookie cutter” leadership with “similar to me” bias. This means that if managers like you and you are like them, then you are likely to succeed. Although they tout diversity, they don’t really understand the concept. It’s not a good place if you happen to have extra melanin. It is just the way it is. They mean well but the impact is still lacking. It’s not everywhere in the company but there are certain pockets with a toxic culture, i.e., VU.

Pros

Benefits are good. Good industry reputation. Manages over 3 trillion in assets.

Cons

A lot of favoritism and inside shuffling of employees that makes it harder to move around departments. Calibration is done to meet a quota.
