Pros

Benefits and work life balance are good, it is easy to collect a paycheck if you don't care. Cafeteria, Starbucks, dry cleaning, gym on site

Cons

Very hierarchical, very political, one negative review hurts your career, awfully inexperienced managers, lots of dead weight, consensus culture kills speed, challenging the norm is frowned upon but stealing others' ideas is not

Pros

Work from home policy. Decent benefits. On site health center and gym. Lots of clubs for any perceived minority group. Generous time off.

Cons

Company has grown but management seems to have forgotten how they got there. Namely the efforts of the crew. From the change in partnership to many other changes.

Pros

Good benefits. Easy job once you get used to taking calls all day

Cons

Tied to the phone all day. You are a glorified secretary. Below average pay. Management knows there's a high turnover rate but doesn't care
